Report: convention on the rights of persons with disabilities

Persons with disabilities should have equal possibilities and could use all supplies of community – they should have possibility to educate, apply all news technologies, should get all health care services and social welfare services, should participate in sports occupations too. There are a lot of opinions about the right of disabled people. There are a piece of legislation of disabled people in Lithuania.
